Beyond the Threat Envelope.

A single airframe covers the full spectrum of defence operations. Mission-integrated payload sleds can be prepared in advance and exchanged in as little as two minutes of ground time, enabling rapid transitions between pallet freight, front-load and air-drop resupply, hoist, ISR, and other mission profiles.

High-speed flight and front-load delivery reduce time spent in the threat zone, while vertical takeoff removes the need for prepared infrastructure. The enclosed cabin also enables unplanned CASEVAC or the transport of personnel and equipment, and the hybrid-electric powertrain operates using existing military fuel supply chains.

From proven prototypes to operational capability.

Victor U250-M is built on five years of full-scale unmanned flight testing through ERC’s Echo and Romeo demonstrators. This flight-proven foundation reduces development risk and accelerates the platform’s path to operational deployment.

First flight of Victor U250 is planned in 2026. First units will be available in 2028.
